About the centre

Center for Business Marketing and Purchasing (BMP) was established in March 2008 by Professor Thomas Ritter and Associate Professor Jens Geersbro. Long had there existed a need for a Danish research unit, which combined research in business marketing with research in purchasing. With the birth of BMP it was finally possible to gather relevant researchers and create a stimulating research community.

Associate Professor Jens Geersbro is in charge of the daily management of the center in the position as Head of the center. He is assisted by Research Director and Professor Thomas Ritter.
