China Executive Leadership Programme

China Executive Leadership Programme (CELP) was established in 2004. It is an education and development programme for high-ranking Chinese top executives, developed by ARC in cooperation with Judge Business School, Cambridge University. The purpose of this programme is to impart upon the Chinese top executives' experiences and knowledge about strategic and global management, as well as a concrete understanding of the European model and business system, including the Nordic model.

CELP

The programme encompasses the largest and most important 120 Chinese companies, the so-called national champions. The CEOs from these companies will participate in the programme over a five year period, visiting Cambridge and Copenhagen. The programme has been a huge success and has run each year in 2005, 2006 and 2007. Due to the serious earthquake in China in May 2008, the Chinese authorities decided to cancel the scheduled group of 2008. However, the programme has been resumed in 2009 and 2010.
CELP is completely unique and gives CBS strategic access to a wellspring of knowledge concerning the Chinese industry and the comprehensive restructuring that is taking place in China.
