You are hereby invited to celebrate a very special occasion: Gert Bechlund's 40 year anniversary.

University Marshal Gert Bechlund has worked at CBS since 1972, where he began his career as Amanuensis. Gert has also been Associate Professor, Head of Department, Dean, University Director and Campus Director.

We know that Gert is a very social person, and that networking is and always has been a big part of his life. We celebrate Gert on Thursday 12 January from 14.00 on the Balcony and in the Rotunden at Solbjerg Plads.

At the same time, we will mark that Gert will retire on 31 January 2012 and from that day on carry the distinguished title of Marshal Emeritus. Gert will continue to have an office at CBS in order to handle selected international assignments and projects.
