For the defence of the PhD degree Luise Noring Henler, Center for Business Development and Management, has submitted her thesis entitled:
Conceptualising successful supply chain partnerships
- Viewing supply chain partnerships from an organisational culture perspective
Deploying an applied industrial research approach, this dissertation proposes and applies a conceptual partnership method. One practical example presented focuses on the intraorganisational challenges of partnering associated with working across functional boundaries, while another focuses on interorganisational relations in the areas of distribution, research and development. Research from other cases is also presented. In total, 15 partnerships provided the empirical foundation upon which this work rests.
