Formats and download.
It's possible to save the tables in 7 formats: PC-AXIS, Excel, text, Dbase, separated semicolon, separated by tabulator, separated by comma. The 2 most used formats are:
Excel format: XLS-files. Example of file name: fil1.htm
PC-AXIS format: PX-files. Example of file name: fil1.px.
When you want to save the tables, it'll be advantageous to use the PC-AXIS format. The use of the program PC-AXIS makes it possible to prepare and export the tables to Excel.
PC-AXIS is available in LRC at Solbjerg Plads.
PC-AXIS can be downloaded from Danmarks Statistik
in Danish. At the same site a user guide to the programme is available.
