Create your own RefWorks database
As a CBS student or member of faculty you can sign up for an individual RefWorks account to create a catalogue of your sources. RefWorks is a web-based program and as such can be accessed at any time and from anywhere. To use RefWorks, however, the initial registration needs to take place from a CBS networked workstation.

While conducting your information retrieval you can export relevant references to your individual RefWorks database thus bypassing printing, saving, or memorizing the information.

You can make RefWorks and Microsoft Word communicate by using the software Write-N-Cite. This will help you create in-text citations based on your RefWorks catalogue of sources and, eventually, generate complete bibliographies.
