Below you will find information about prices for the following services:

Copy and print prices (per page)
  • B/W copies A4: DKK 0,60
  • Colour copies A4: DKK 1,25
  • Print outs: DKK 0,60
  • Colour print outs: DKK 1,25
  • Microfiche prints: Free of charge
For payment use your rechargeable pay card that can be purchased for DKK 10 from the vending machines.
CBS staff can use the CBS print card in the library.


Ordering materials- CBS students and staff only

  • From Danish libraries: free of charge
  • From non-Danish libraries: DKK 10 per item
CBS staff
  • Free of charge

Remote patrons
CBS students - Register as a remote patron of CBS Library
  • Shipment of books etc. from CBS Library: DKK 20 per item
  • Shipment of articles from non-Danish libraries: DKK 10 per item
  • Shipment of articles from Danish libraries: Free of charge
CBS staff - Register as a remote patron of CBS Library
  • This service is free of charge

Books to your doorstep
  • For patrons other than CBS students and staff
  • Shipment of books etc. from CBS Library: DKK 50 per item

Business Services
  • Information retrieval: DKK 600 per hour (1/2 hr. minimum) + cost of database and document handling, if any
  • Shipment of books from CBS Library: DKK 50 per item
  • Copies of articles from other libraries: DKK 200 per item
  • Copies of articles from CBS Library collections:
    1-50 pages: DKK 50
    50-100 pages: DKK 100
    Beyond this: DKK 1 per page

CBS alumni services
  • Shipment of books etc. to Danish home address: Free of charge
  • Information retrieval: DKK 100 per hour (1/2 hr. minimum) + cost of database and document handling, if any

Corporate partners
  • Information retrieval: DKK 600 per hour (1/2 hr. minimum) + cost of database and document handling, if any
  • Books and copies of articles from CBS Library collections: Free of charge
  • Copies of articles from other libraries: DKK 200 per item
