Get wiser on Research Day

New knowledge and acknowledgement increases new possibilities. This is the slogan of Research Day which is on for the second year in a row on the 5th and 6th of May all over the country.

Innovation and research are keywords in a national initiative coordinated by the Ministry Of Science. The arrangement gives the ordinary citizen a chance to expand their horizon and to get acquainted with a number of professional areas that he or she normally would not have anything to do with.
The new knowledge is presented in an exciting and untraditional way as presentations, debates, conducted tours and exhibitions, in which one can be as passive or active as one wishes. The purpose is to create greater insight and understanding of the great importance of research both for the present and for the future.
CBS participates
Once again CBS participates with a number of activities during Research Day.
Friday afternoon there are booths at "Research Path" in front of CBS where you can hear about entrepreneurship. There will also be go-home-meetings about challenges of the retail sector and about private economy.
Management in Kilen
On Saturday CBS’s new building Kilen will be open to anyone interested in being in the programme. Under the label: "Art and Trading" CBS’ s Centre for Art and Management gives examples of how art can be a source of inspiration to modern management.
Among others, Mads Lebech, The Mayor of Frederiksberg Municipality will conduct a 45-person choir.
