The bachelor programme in International Business Communication provides you with several of these competences and it qualifies you to solve communication tasks in companies and organisations with an international approach to their work.
Language, culture, business, and society
The basis of this programme is mastery of language. You will learn how to communicate at a high level, understand and write the language you choose, and speak it with ease.
Apart from language proficiency in both Danish and a foreign language (English, French, Spanish, and German), the programme provides you with tools to carry out internal as well as external communication for a company. The Bachelor in International Business Communication acquaints you with various types of text and communication analysis - making you able to provide guidance to your colleagues in good language and communication. You will also learn how to use IT for information retrieval and preparation of language assignments.
The courses in culture and society, European Studies and American Studies, will provide you with a solid knowledge of the political, cultural, business, and societal conditions of the country in question. This knowledge is essential in order to communicate professionally in a foreign language.
In this way you will qualify yourself for jobs within marketing, export, tourism, communication, culture and news communication, lanugage processing, and translation.
