The IB website is edited and updated by an editorial board comprising students from all three years, a member of the study board and an outside consultant.
Joachim Meyer Andersen, second year IB student
"Getting the opportunity to study IB with people from all around the world with the same passion as me has proved to be an interesting and exciting journey inside the world of globalisation, business and economics, and it has by far lived up to my expectations. I joined the IB editorial team first of all, because I have a profound interest in journalism and writing, but also because I believe that if you as a student want to maximise your college experience, it is immensely important that you get involved in activities around the school. CBS offers a great deal of opportunities for students to get involved, so it is just a matter of choosing, what is right for you."
Jenny Tzakova, third year IB student
"I have previously lived and studied in Bulgaria, Germany and Sweden and was fascinated by having the opportunity to explore yet another country and meet people with a similar mindset, while studying such diverse and academically motivating subject fields. IB seemed, and still does, as a preparation step for a global life. I became a member of the editorial team, as writing and literature has always captured my interest. At the same time I felt that this was an unmissable chance to become part of the crew involved behind the scenes here at CBS.
Laurynas Dailide, first year IB student
"As the one of the few foreign students on the IB Editorial Board I know what it feels like to be searching for a university abroad. CBS attracted me mainly because of the international image and future career perspectives.I was really excited when I saw the chance to improve the website of IB programme and be a part of editorial team. Writing was always fun for me so I try not to loose the skills and even enhance them. Studying at CBS gives me a lot and I wanted to give something in return. Promoting CBS and revealing our business school's life for future students is what I am proud of."
Louise Engelbrecht Søndergaard, first year IB student
"Though my initial interest was not of the traditional hardcore business kind, I found the international and ambitious atmosphere at IB very attractive. And I am not disappointed: Both the teachers and my fellow students are contributing to an inspiring learning environment. When I got the opportunity, I did not hesitate to join the editorial team. It provides me with the opportunity of working with communications and journalism - two things that I find very interesting. Moreover, I enjoy getting more involved with the IB Programme."
Martin Nyvang Mariussen, first year IB student
"Joining the IB editorial team allows me to get involved in my course and leave my mark on it. Even more so I get to work with a number of interesting people and be a part of a dynamic network of people from within the course and outside. What attracted me about the job was the chance to form the outside image of the program and develop it to strengthen its position as Denmark's leading international business course"
Casper Bek, first year IB student
"I joined the IB-programme because of its great study environment and good reputation. Everyone here wants to achieve great things in his or her life. Whoever you meet from the programme can tell you a story about how he or she is trying to change the world. I wanted to portray and tell about this passion and excitement among my classmates so as to get new fantastic people to join us. That's why I joined the IB Editorial Board. Every day in this position has been a learning experience I couldn't have gotten anywhere else. In addition it has been, and is, an invaluable experience to work with a group of people who share this drive with me."
