BSc in Business Administration and Service Management

Due to the clear insight into the service sector trades, the bachelor degree will qualify you to work in businesses, organisations, public institutions, in the consultancy area, in service businesses and as an internal or external interdisciplinary adviser, and across organisations. Furthermore, it will be possible to work with culture, tourism, leisure and personal transportation.
The programme aims at providing you with up to date qualifications to hold administrative and managerial positions in the following service industries (or in institutions and corporations related to these industries, e.g. public authorities, advertising agencies etc.):
  • The tourism and hospitality industry
  • Cultural institutions and attractions
  • Leisure and sports organisations
  • The travel and transport industry.
