Before contacting us, please consider which way serves your purpose the best. Most likely, you should not contact us be e-mail as we are normally able to give you a better service if you call us or visit us in person (if possible). Especially if you have complicated questions, we prefer to talk to you as this gives us the opportunity to ask clarifying questions and give you the precise information you need.
