At the BSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law you learn to integrate business economics and law, so you can analyse and solve the complex economic and legal problems that companies face in the increasingly tough international competition as well as the increased demands of the Danish and international society.

The study focuses on: problem solutions rather than conflict solutions, negotiation processes rather than court procedures, economic considerations, social conditions, and common legal principles weigh just as much as legal criteria and complicated legal issues.

Competencies in methodology and analysis

You will acquire competencies in methodology and analysis, theoretical knowledge as well as a general insight in the legal and economic issues that are relevant for companies.
You will be able to manage a company or other organisations with your legal and economic expertise, as you will acquire a huge professional knowledge and develop personal competencies such as: independence, flexibility and an ability to work with both legal and economic issues.
