Quota 1

Bachelor Admission

Quota 1 is for applicants who have passed a Danish upper secondary education and who wish to be assessed exclusively on the basis of this.
For Quota 1 applicants, only the GPA (grade points average) of the upper secondary diploma is assessed. Applicants are admitted on a competitive basis according to their GPA, so that the applicant with the highest GPA is admitted first and so on until all places are filled.
The following diplomas are from a Danish upper secondary education:
  • Studentereksamen - stx
  • Højere handelseksamen - hhx
  • Højere teknisk eksamen - htx
  • Højere forberedelseseksamen - hf
  • Gymnasiale indslusningskurser for fremmedsprogede - GIF
  • Færøsk studentereksamen, færøsk højere forberedelseseksamen, færøsk højere handelseksamen, færøsk højere teknisk eksamen
  • Grønlands gymnasiale Uddannelse (GU-eksamen ), den erhvervsgymnasiale uddannelse til højere handelseksamen i Grønland, den erhvervsgymnasiale uddannelse til højere teknisk eksamen i Grønland
  • Eksamen fra Duborgskolen og AP Møller skolen.
Applicants with an International Degree:
If you have an international degree, you MUST apply by 15 March, 12.00 noon as a Quota 2 applicant, but your application will be assessed both in Quota 1 and Quota 2 - see more: Applicants with an International Degree .
Quota 1 and Quick Bonus:
If your application is also assessed in Quota 1, you may obtain a bonus which means that your GPA when converted into the Danish grading scale will be multiplied by 1.08, if you apply no later than two years after you have finished your Upper Secondary Education.
