What documentation should I send?
You are to send documentation for your upper secondary education.
*If you have already obtained a non-Danish upper secondary diploma, you are to send it to CBS before 15 March.
*If you obtain a non-Danish upper secondary diploma this summer, you are to send it to CBS before 5 July (see also below).
*If you obtain an International Baccalaureate this year, you are to contact your IB coordinator to give CBS access to see your results online (CBS Admissions Office has its own login to access IB results).
*If you have a Danish upper secondary education and apply with a digital signature through www.optagelse.dk , your results will normally be attached to the digital application sent to CBS, but please check the information given to make sure that you are not send the documentation yourself.
You are to send documentation for any supplementary courses you have done.
*If you plan on doing a supplementary course in Mathematics during the summer, you are to send documentation for being registered for a course.
You are to send extra documentation if you apply in Group 2:
Documentation for activities finished before 1 February:
*If you applied digitally: it will be possible to upload encolsures to your application at www.optagelse.dk  after 15 March - you must upload the documentation before 1 April.
*If you applied on paper: you are to send documentation to CBS before 15 March.
Documentation for activities finished after 1 February:
 it will be possible to upload encolsures to your application at www.optagelse.dk  after 15 March - you must upload the documentation before 5 July.
*If you applied on paper: you are to send documentation to CBS before 5 July.
Depending on your exact situation, you may be required to send further documentation. E.g, you are to send documentation for you residence permit, if you are a non-EU/EEA applicant living in Denmark or another Nordic country.


Until when may I send documentation?
All documentation must be received at CBS Admissions Office accordaing to the  Deadlines. The ONLY exceptions are:
  • Documentation for having passed Mathematics, as you are allowed to do a supplementary course in Math during the summer, if CBS Admissions Office has received documentation for registration by 5 July 12 noon.
  • Documentation for your upper secondary education IF your degree is not yet finished by 5 July (but expected to be so by 1 September) in the year of applying:

Please contact CBS Admissions Office, if your exam is done after 5 July and not mentioned above or if you were not able to finish your exam due to illness.
