Credit students (enrolled at other Danish universities or enrolled at a European University)

If you are a credit student (i.e. a student from another Danish or European university), and you wish to enroll in one or more elective courses at CBS as part of your education, you must fill out the application form below.
Please print out the application form (please see below), and send it by regular post or hand in to:

Please note that we only accept application forms in hard copy. Electronic application forms are not accepted.
 
 
When can I enroll next time?
The next opportunity to register for electives is in the 1st registration period for the autumns courses. The period is from Tuesday 1 May 2012 till Tuesday 15 May 2012, 10 am.
 
 
Is it required that I hand in a pre-approval from my university along with my application form?
You just have to hand in your application form before the semester starts, otherwise you will be deregistered from your courses without further notice.
 
 
Where can I see the available elective courses?
 
The elective courses for the autumn 2012 will be uploaded here by the end of April 2012:

When do I know if I have been enrolled in the elective course(s) that I applied for?
You will receive a letter (sent to the address stated in the application form) shortly before the semester begins.
 
 
How will the electives be assigned?
We distribute the available places by drawing lots. 
 
 
Where do I find more information?
If you want to make sure that the elective courses you apply for are of relevance to your study programme, you can contact the Student Guidance Service .
 
If you are enrolled in an elective course, you'll receive a welcome letter with username and password to our electronic platform, www.e-Campus.dk  where you'll find information about time and place for the lectures etc.
