Msc in Economics and Business Administration (MSc EBA/cand.merc.)
MSc EBA/cand.merc. 2013: there are no changes for HA, BSc IB and BSc SEM from CBS; applicants with other direct-qualifying bachelor degrees from CBS who started their bachelor education in 2010 do NOT have a legal claim to be accepted at the MSc EBA/cand.merc., beginning with 2013.
Applicants for the MSc EBA/cand.merc. are divided into two groups: applicants with a direct qualifying degree and applicants without a direct qualifying degree.
Applicants With a Direct Qualifying Degree:The HA bachelor degree, BSc in International Business and BSc in Business Administration & Service Management from CBS are the direct qualifying degrees for the MSc EBA/cand.merc.; other Danish degrees within business administration may also be direct qualifying, see
Direct Qualifying.
All applicants must fulfil the language requirement in English or Danish, depending on the concentration applied for, see
English or
Danish.
You have a legal claim to be accepted at the MSc EBA/cand.merc. (but not at a specific concentration) in 2012, if you fulfil all of the following conditions:
- you have a direct qualifying bachelor degree
- your bachelor degree is from CBS
- you will finish your bachelor degree after 1 October 2011.
If you have a direct qualifying bachelor degree, but you do NOT have a legal claim to be accepted at the MSc EBA/cand.merc., you will be selected according to the
Selection Criteria
Applicants Without a Direct Qualifying Degree:
You are qualified for (but NOT ensured) admission to the MSc EBA/cand.merc., if you
A) have an academic bachelor degree within the social sciences, and
B) fulfil the language requirement, and
C) fulfil the specific entry requirements.
A) Academic bachelor degree within the social sciences: see
Bachelor degree.
B) Language requirement: the language requirement is
English at level A or
Danish at level A, depending on the concentration applied for.
C) Specific entry requirements: you must cover the areas listed below at academic bachelor level.
