Assessment

Graduate Admission

Admission at a graduate programme requires fulfilment of the entry requirements; there are three ways to get idea of how you fulfil the entry requirements:
  1. Get an appraisal at the CBS Admissions Office
  2. Do-it-yourself
  3. Apply for admission
Appraisal
See Appraisal for information on how to have your educational background evaluated.
Do-it-yourself
You are welcome to do your best at establishing yourself how you fulfil the entry requirements. To get an idea of the course areas and what they cover, you may look at Supplementary courses to see how we categorise courses within the specific entry requirements. If your university does not use ECTS-points, please see ECTS for information on principles concerning transfer into the ECTS-system.
Apply for Admission
Another way to find out if you are missing anything is to apply for admission. You may actually fulfil the entry requirements, but if you don't, you will get a letter of rejection stating in what areas you do not fulfil the entry requirements. In other words, a letter of rejection is indirectly an appraisal.
Remember Documentation
You must always send the correct documentation when applying:
  • If you have a letter of appraisal or rejection, you are to send a copy of the letter together with information on how you intend to fulfil or have fulfilled the requirements stated - remember to apply online!
  • If you have made an evaluation of your background yourself, you must send all necessary documentation, but you are also welcome to send a list of the courses you think cover the relevant course areas.
  • Always remember to check the required documentation for the group in which you are to apply:
