Economic, financial and accounting analysis issues

The concentration provides a strong analytical background in the following core areas: economic, financial and accounting analysis issues. Students gain insight into companies’ difficult financial decisions, analysing the interplay of capital raising, portfolio combination, tax issues, risk exposure, transaction costs etc.
The deployment of resources and capital is strictly connected to the factors effecting capital raising such as capital scarcity and financial opportunities. Other factors to consider are costs, taxes, time restrictions and companies’ legal issues. The aim of this concentration is to lead students through these relevant issues, providing them with in-depth insight to creditors, investors and company leaders’ decision processes.
