Changed demands placed on managers
This means that the demands made on public managers change all the time and the leaders have to adapt to the changing demands. MPA is CBS’ offer to Danish public sector managers seeking the skills to manage their employees and organisations through the process of change.
What is an MPA?
A MPA program is a Danish language management degree that prepares you to be change orientated.
With an MPA, you will be able to combine tasks and resources in a suitable manner as well as understand the political processes and act in relation to them. The degree also aims to prepare you to critically evaluate your own management role.
