Competence Profile

The programme emphasises the development of competences in:
  • formulating proposals for a company language policy and implementing strategies for securing quality and consistency in linguistic communication

  • methods for increasing productivity and quality in language output, using the needs and professional knowledge of the company as a starting point

  • analysing and structuring information in the textual content of company documents, facilitating retrieval and reuse

  • using relevant information-technology tools

  • evaluation and application of tools for machine-aided translation

  • project management.
