Programme structure

Please note:
The MCC Programme of CBS is not running at the moment. The description below relates to the programme structure of previous classes. The MCC is in a process of evaluation. The future of MCC depends on the strategic review and development proces initiated by the CBS leadership team.
The MCC programme consists of an introductory weekend seminar, an intensive course in management communication, and four semesters each covering several modules. Most modules last for three consecutive days.
First year
Emphasis is on the theoretical and conceptual foundations of corporate communication as an integrated aspect of a company’s strategy formation process. Integrated communication management is seen both from an inside-out and outside-in perspective, striving to achieve optimal coherence between all types of internal and external communication. This also includes change management.
Second year
Focus is on the implementation processes of managing marketing communications, branding strategies and the organisation’s reputation. The final challenge is the master's thesis that offers you the opportunity to apply the skills you have acquired to your own organisation and business environment.
