The faculty of MBA TMO is composed of renowned international teachers and researchers working on the newest theories in their fields.

There is a strong focus on case work, which trains the participants' ability to handle problems experienced in reality. The cases are mostly provided by the participants inspired by the challenges their companies are facing and the different businesses represented in the class.

Exams and the master's thesis have a specific focus on integrating the theories presented during classes in the local context of the participants.

As a MBA TMO participant, you are required to assume responsibility for the learning and you have to contribute to the learning process by providing knowledge, experience and cases. Furthermore, you are required to demonstrate an analytical and problem-oriented approach to the models and theories presented by the teachers and researchers.
