The decision to pursue our Executive MBA degree should not be taken lightly. Balancing work, study, and personal life can be extremely challenging. Therefore, we carefully select the most qualified candidates.
We purposefully select a diverse group of participants with a wide range of talents and perspectives. Diverse experiences and backgrounds - as entrepreneurs, marketing executives, lawyers or strategic planning executives in different types of industries and job functions - ensure the continuously high caliber of our program, making your experience a valuable resource in the classroom. In our most recent class, the average age of the participants is 40 years.

Who Do We Look For?

And from our experience, the typical profile of a successful participant is a person, who is a highly motivated achiever with good analytical skills and with at least four years of work experience dealing with management issues, and whose organization and family fully support the participants' desire to obtain an Executive MBA.
