Hands-On Experience

“Working on the A-board for a big and established German company I did not expect to make a big difference with our work. We will go to our next meeting with the company with the feeling that even in a short time [two meetings], with a small team, in a big cooperation, you can make a difference!”

(Full-time MBA Class of 2012)

Understanding Entrepreneurship and Innovation
Entrepreneurship is not just about starting companies; it is about finding or creating opportunities and using them to build something new in business and in society.
In the Full-time MBA Program, we approach entrepreneurship from different perspectives, to help you understand how to make it into a skill by developing your ability to explore, frame and turn ideas into actions.
Our program for developing business models and business plans also has a clear goal of turning opportunity into real value.
The program has three elements:
- Innovation and Entrepreneurship module – Entrepreneur and Innovation mindset for managers,
- The A-Board - an advisory board program, where students sit on boards of start-up- and growth companies,
- Business Development – which focuses on preparing and starting a business
Innovation and Entrepreneurship is designed to support the A-board (Advisory board) process, where participants will get to apply the theories and models as members of an advisory board for a start-up or growth company.

Our unique entrepreneur development program is all about opportunity recognition and analysis using your profile as a starting point."
