Action-learning

Applying theory to practice offers a more rewarding learning experience for participants, hence the great emphasis on the program’s final Integrated Strategy Project. Participants are required to apply their newly acquired knowledge to real situations and in the process learn to overcome the obstacles inherent in the implementation process of any project. We believe that this approach also offers you deeper insights into strategic issues and the overall learning process.

Knowledge Sharing and Creation

Classes are dialogue-based, thus enabling you, your peers and the professors to draw on and share your collective knowledge. In this way new valuable knowledge is created and together you find innovative solutions to business issues and challenges. This class set-up also facilitates a stimulating learning environment, which optimizes individual learning curves and your ability to communicate and exchange ideas.

Learn from Experts

In each course guest lecturers and experienced managers are invited to share their expertise with you. Together with the distinguished and experienced mentors, these first-hand sources of management experience and expertise comprise a strong body of knowledge, which you can draw on for future use in business management.
