Øresund Region
Copenhagen is located in the attractive economic region of Øresund, which comprises Eastern Denmark and Southern Sweden. These areas are connected by the Øresund bridge that runs between Copenhagen and Malmö, and by ferries between Helsingborg (Sweden) and Helsingør (Denmark) therefore opening many opportunities for you to build a strong international business career.

Medicon Valley
Medicon Valley is a major international center for biotechnological and pharmaceutical activities. The cross border region encompasses Copenhagen on the Danish side and Skåne on the Swedish side. It is also features among the strongest cross-border partnerships in Europe - between industry, universities, hospitals, and investors.
The companies are international subsidiaries as well as foreign biotechnological companies. R&D resources and skills are concentrated especially in the health and natural sciences area – a fact reflected both in research and business specialization.
