The HD Part II programme in Organisation & Management offers teaching of a high international standard to present and future business managers and executives.

The programme will enable you to develop your managerial competences, as you will learn to assume responsibility and handle organisational and managerial development as well as change-oriented tasks. The HD in Organisation & Management will give a general analytical and methodological boost to your ability to put new, international perspectives on management and organisation.

This will enable you in your role as a manager or specialist to contribute to achieving financial targets by developing your organisation’s resources. With an HD in Organisation & Management, your decisions and actions will be based on analysis, knowledge and experience.
