Payment Guidelines and Refund Policy for Introduction Week Evening Activities

Exchange Students Fall 2011
Introduction Week Social Program  from August 22 to August 27, 2011, include:
  • Meet'n'Mingle Event
  • Danish Folk Dancing
  • Parties
  • Cultural Day
  • Bingo Night
  • Formal Welcome Dinner.
Price: 450 DKK
Refund policy: Full refund if you cancel your registration at the latest on Friday, August 5, 2011, to the following email: intro.intoff@cbs.dk.
  • Payment is possible from: Monday, July 25, 2011
  • Payment deadline: Friday, August 19, 2011.
  • No refund after Friday, August 5, 2011.
The Introduction Week Social Program is only offered as a full package. It is not possible to pay for individual events or bring friends or relatives.
How to Pay: Payment must be made on the internet through the CBS Webshop, before August 19, 2011.

  1. Go directly to the CBS Webshop with this link.
  2. Click on "New products" in the top menu
  3. Click on "Introduction Week Social Program Fall 2011"
  4. Follow the instructions given
  5. Email: Please make certain to enter your CBS email address - (If you have not received your CBS email yet, you may use your personal email address). Your CBS email will be included in the Registration Package you receive from CBS after the international office has received your nomination from your home university.
