The daytime activities are compulsory since they provide the students with important basic knowledge about Denmark and CBS - information that will be very useful and is impossible to give to each of the 1,100+ exchange students on an individual basis.

Undergraduate and graduate students are put in separate groups. Below are the group schedules for the week, as well as an overall list, letting you know in which group you are placed for the week's activities.

 

EXCHANGE SOCIAL PROGRAM: INTRODUCTION WEEK

The ESP Introduction Week is a social/cultural evening activity program which takes place in the week before the semester begins. The Introduction Week is the supplement to the mandatory and free daytime activities (e.g. a campus tour, a city tour and a library presentation). The Introduction Week is a package deal and the events are therefore not available for separate purchase. The price for the Introduction Week Social Package is 450 DKK. The exchange students that purchase the Introduction Week Social Package will upon arrival receive a bracelet which will be their entrance ticket to all the events. Normally, 80-85 percent of the exchange students purchase the Introduction Week Social Package.
