Course content, structure and teaching
The course builds on the foundations laid in the course on International Business Law. It provides a deeper understanding of the processes that lead to the formation of international law, how international law and international politics interact, and how this interaction affects the international business community. The course presents key theoretical perspectives on law and politics of the global community along with selected empirical illustrations. It aims to develop students’ knowledge and understanding of classical and modern theories of international law and international politics and their ability to discuss, assess and apply these theories in the analysis of international legal and political issues of concern to international business.
