Autumn Semester 2012
May 1, 2012	Last date for nominations from CBS partners.
Early May, 2012 - May 15 2012	students register online
Mid-July	You will receive information about your Danish buddy (sent to your CBS e-mail address only).
August 1st (at the latest)	You will receive information about your course enrollment and your schedule. The information will be sent to your CBS email.
August 1 - August 8	Course add and drop period.
August 20-24	Danish Crash Course
August 27	Last possible date of arrival for the exchange programme
August 27 - August 31	Introduction Program (Mandatory for exchange students)
August 27 - September 9	Last course add and drop period. Students must make their final course choices by September 9 at the latest.
September 3	The classes begin
October 15-19	Half term break for most courses.
Late October - January 2013	The exam period is very wide spread. The majority of the exams take place in November and December. Very few take place in January.
early - mid February 2013	The transcripts will be issued and sent to the partner universities. In cases of urgency we can issue the transcript earlier provided all the grades have been announced.

November 2011	Online registration for CBS, courses, and housing. Nominations must be received by 15 October 2011
Late December	You will receive information about CBS Buddy (sent to your CBS e-mail address only)
January 3, 2012 (at the latest)	Fill out the online Buddy Programme Registration form .
January 13, 2012	First possible date to move into CBS Residences
January 16, 2012	Welcome/Information meeting at the Copenhagen Business School for Crash Course students, place and time to be announced.
January 16 - 20, 2011	Danish Culture Week / Danish Crash Course
January 23, 2012	Last acceptable arrival date for Spring semester
January 23 - 27, 2012	Information/Welcome meeting at the Copenhagen Business School, place and time to be announced.
January 23 - 27, 2012	Introduction Program (mandatory)
January 30, 2012	Classes start (Some courses may start the week during the introduction week)
March 1 (tentative)	Application deadline for International Summer University Program Students
April 5 - 9, 2012 (both days included)	Easter vacation
May 4, 2012	Public Holiday (St. Bededag)
May 17, 2012	Public Holiday (Ascension Day)
May 28, 2012	Public Holiday (Whit Monday)
June 5, 2012	Public Holiday (Constitution Day)
Mid-May through end of June	Final Exams
To be determined!	Last day to move out of CBS Residences.
June 29, 2012	Last official day of the semester. Please do not book your return ticket until the exam dates have been announced (by end April).
