Thailand - MSc IBP

Salinthip Vijaksirikul

I started my MSc in International Business and Politics in September 2009. My decision to move to Denmark and study at CBS was based on a recommendation from a former colleague of mine. She and I worked together as flight attendants in Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) and she had spent a semester at CBS as an exchange student. Copenhagen is in itself, a great city to live in. It is not too big, it is clean and safe, and most people speak English here, which gives me the opportunity to practice my English skills as well. Although by attending Danish language courses twice a week, I have learned basic conversational skills and can make my way around the city in Danish.
Another reason I like living in Copenhagen, is because it is physically placed in the center of Europe, and this allows me to get cheap flights to all of the major European cities!
CBS offers great campus facilities and a nice international atmosphere. Many students and professors are from overseas, which means that I now have friends from all over the world. I live in a shared apartment in the city center and spend most of my spare time with my new friends, either just hanging out at home or going to bars or rock concerts in the city.
You are welcome to contact me if you have any questions about studying at CBS or living in Copenhagen, Denmark!
