International Degree Students

The Housing Department is happy to help international full-degree students with accommodation if there is housing available.

Accomodation Blend

Housing is assigned on a first come, first served basis for as long as rooms are available. Since CBS housing is very limited, please note that first priority is reserved for incoming exchange students.  We are therefore only able to offer accommodation for one semester, if there is available housing.

Full degree students should contact the Housing Department on housing.intoff@cbs.dk for information about the application process.

The rules and regulations stated on the above website also apply for International Full-degree students.
Please note the following conditions, if you are offered accommodation:
  • We will only be able to make you one housing offer.
  • If you choose not to accept it, you will have to find alternative housing on your own.
  • The reservation confirmation must be signed, dated and sent by email to the CBS Housing Department within 48 hours. (email: rental.intoff@cbs.dk)
  • If you choose to move out before the end of your contract, you will still have to pay rent for the remainder of the semester.

Spring Semester 2012
Enquiries about accommodation for the Spring Semester 2012 should be sent to the Housing Department on housing.intoff@cbs.dk after 1 November 2011
Procedure for applying for housing via CBS:
  • Once you have completed your housing application registration, you will automatically receive a room allocation which will be sent to your CBS e-mail address-
  • You can accept this allocation or change your priorities and receive another allocation.
  • When you have accepted your allocation, your reservation confirmation will be produced. You must then print, sign, and send the reservation confirmation to the Housing Department by email attachment ( rental.intoff@cbs.dk) within 48 hours.
  • Only online applications are accepted.
Please be aware that all housing information will ONLY go to the email address included in your online application.
CBS Housing does its utmost to fulfill your preferences for accommodation. However, due to unequal supply and demand It wil not always be possible to perfectly match everyone's first priority. The allocation process observes the principles of even distribtution of nationalities and genders, among other things. For more information, please refer to the Housing Application Manual.
If you have any special requirements (i.e., health issues, mobility issues, wheelchair access, etc.) please inform the Housing Department on housing.intoff@cbs.dk.
