Housing Application 
Spring 2012:
Online applications will start mid- to end of November. Exchange students MUST have been nominated by their home university coordinator by 15 October. Only after you are officially nominated will your info pack be sent to you, which includes your CBS e-mail account user name and password.
  • You will be sent a link to the housing application process.
  • Once you have completed your housing aplication registration, you will automatically receive a room allocation which will be sent to your email address.(Please be aware that all housing information will ONLY go to your CBS e-mail address that you have included in your online registration). You can accept this allocation or change your priorities and receive another allocation.
  • When you have accepted your allocation, your reservation confirmation will be produced. You must then print, sign, and send the reservation confirmation to the Housing Department by email attachment to  rental.intoff@cbs.dk within 48 hours.
CBS Housing does its utmost to fulfill your preferences for accommodation. Due to unequal supply and demand however, it will not always be possible to perfectly match everyone's first priority. The allocation process observes the principle of even distributions of nationalities and gender, among other things.
If you have any other special requirements (i.e., health issues, mobility issues, wheelchair access, etc.) please include this information in the Special Needs section when completing your application.
