International benchmarks by ESMU have been an integral part of CBS’ QA since 2001.

For comparison the third column presents the maximum score given. As it appears, CBS has done comparatively well over the years.

Prior to the ESMU Benchmarks, CBS has been audited (1996) and re-audited (1998) by the Association of European Universities (CRE, now the European University Association).
Since 1994, CBS has used Professor Lee Harvey, Centre for Research in Quality, Sheffield Hallam University, as an external consultant on quality.
Professor Harvey has drafted 5 reports on quality assurance at CBS, which have contributed to the continuous quality improvement and the development of a general quality culture. Since January 1st Professor Lee Harvey has been affiliated with CBS Learning Lab.
