HR Services

HR Services handles a number of personnel administration and general development tasks in the field of personnel in respect to the various units at CBS:
  • Posting of job advertisements
  • Counselling and advice regarding personnel matters, including the new salary concept
  • Case handling in connection with matters related to employment conditions before, during and after employment
  • Information and guidance concerning salary and personnel matters
  • Duties concerning personnel policy and staff development, including competence development
  • Provision of secretariat services to the CBS General Consultation Committee and subcommittees.
