Administrative tasks at CBS are undertaken by a number of different units, among them departments, study programmes' administration, CBS Library and the Deans' Offices.

The Central Administration
The Central Administration - or Shared Central Services - is headed by the University Director. The Administration handles and coordinates interdisciplinary administrative tasks for CBS and also functions as a service support unit for the CBS management.

Shared Central Services comprises the administrative functions: the President's Office, HR Services, Finance Division, CBS-IT, Technical Services, CBS Buildings, International Office, Office of External Affairs (Career Center, Communications and Alumni).
