What can CBS Students do for you as a student at CBS?
There is a new focus – all activities and resources are now concentrated under one umbrella in CBS Students. Now it is all about supporting and developing all the opportunities generated by new and increased resources. Your participation is voluntary, but we want to make a positive difference for all students at CBS.

More support for the introduction weeks
It should be easier and more fun for intro guides and new students. They work very hard on the important introduction courses – and they need the necessary support and back-up.
Support for the elected
In a time of change and new demands, the study board representatives need necessary support, sparring and guidance. It will be possible to participate in courses that provide further competences in connection with the work as a student representative.
CBSstudents.dk – the web 2.0 portal
The puprpose of this digital meeting point for the students is to find information about student activities on campus. It has to be easy to communicate with each other and CBS Students, to make good suggestions and participate in the activities offered by our organisation.
Networks and associations on campus
There are numerous networks and associations on campus. The students’ interests must be taken care of by CBS Students – both in terms of infrastructure, communication and practical and financial aid. CBS Students are at your service with guidance and help if you have an idea for a network or an activity that you want to realise. Both academic and social aspects are in play.
Events and social interaction
A social student life is important for everybody. CBS Students are working actively to generate as many opportunities as possible for students to interact socially - it has to be fun to study at CBS.
International work
Both when it comes to the opportunities to go abroad to study, the international aspects of our degree programmes – but also events with an international focus.
Business and society
A good contact between CBS and the business community is crucial. We are working actively with the interaction between the business community and our degree programmes. Partnerships and fundraising must be developed and strengthened, and the focus on the students’ opportunity to obtain relevant student jobs must be increased.
Campus development
The physical framework on campus is very important for your studies – it is a prerequisite for you getting the maximum value out of your studies and that you are happy being a student at CBS. Therefore it is important that CBS Students continuously cooperate with CBS to develop our campus. Right now, we wish to explore the possibilities of handing in papers and theses electronically and as a result bringing down printing costs for students.
Students’ businesses and representations
CBS Students have ownership and representations in different businesses such as the cafés, the cafeterias and SL Books. We work to improve their dialogue with the students and the staff.
Everybody can participate in our activities
It is fun to be involved in campus life. It is made by students, for students.
