CBS MBA Students

The Housing Department at the CBS International Office will be arranging housing for international students in the CBS full time MBA Program. Housing is assigned on a first come, first served basis for as long as rooms are available.

Prospective international students for the Full time CBS MBA Program

Prospective International CBS Full time MBA Program students interested in applying for housing should apply online as all other categories. Please note that we will be processing the applications in the order they are received, so apply as soon as you can and no later than 1 June (autumn) or 1 November (spring).

Autumn Applications for Accommodations

  • Even if you have not received a final letter of acceptance from the CBS MBA program, you need to apply by 1 June.
  • If it should turn out that you are not accepted, you can cancel your application by 1 July.
  • Applications received after 1 June will be put on a waiting list. We will try to find you housing, but we cannot guarantee housing for you if you apply after the deadline!
  • You should receive a housing offer from us during the month of July or August.

Application form
Starting with Spring semester 2010, the application process will be done online. Only online applications are accepted.

Spring Semester

  • Only online applications are accepted.
  • As the CBS Full Time MBA only starts once a year in August, there are no application procedures for spring semesters.
