Qualtrics is a professional tool for dynamic data collection. It can help you set up a structured collecting procedure, analyze, and present your quantitative research data.
Qualtrics allows you to create questionnaires for a wide range of platforms, e.g. e-mails, web pages, and smartphones. The software offers a choice between several query types from basic multiple-choice to advanced image-based heat maps.
It also lets you export results to PowerPoint, Excel, statistical software etc.
The user interface is quite intuitive and it is easy to get started, even for a non-experienced survey creator. Qualtrics provides templates if you need inspiration. There is a “look & feel” feature that lets you customize your survey. It is super easy to change the flow of the questions with a drag and drop tool.
Get started
You´ll find access to Qualtrics through the CBS Library databases listed under Q. Log in with your CBS username and password, and a user account will automatically be set up for you.
Qualtrics provides support regarding technical and advanced analytics related questions. Both students and faculty at CBS have access to Qualtrics support. Access “Help” from your Qualtrics account.

The database is available on CBS campus and through remote access.
