CBS welcomes Executive MBA Class of 2008 – 2009

34 participants joined the Executive MBA Class of 2008 - 2009. The introduction weekend took place from 10 to 13 January 2008. CBS has again attracted a class of highly qualified participants coming from diverse backgrounds. The average age of this class is 37 with an average of 12 years of work experience. Furthermore, 26 % of the participants are women and 32% are international participants coming from Algeria, Austria, Australia, Finland, India, Iran, Iceland, Kenya, Russia and the USA.
Mogens Bjerre, Associate Dean for the Executive MBA Program, gave an introduction to the learning philosophy of the program. He invited the participants to give input on what they expected from each other during the course of the study and how they could enrich the learning experience of each other.
“Now in its 15th year, executives and professionals have realized their ambitions to lead at a higher level through the prestigious CBS Executive MBA. The program prepares participants for strategic leadership in the international environment. The focus of the leadership program is the personal leadership development of the participants. Coaches, industrial psychologists as well as mentors work closely with the participants in line with their action plans, ”said Connie Tai, MBA Director.
