Through the LDP you will go beyond the classroom and the theory through your interactions with different types of CEOs and acclaimed leadership speakers from all walks of life. You will also get a first-hand account of organizational leadership.
A leadership simulator  takes place annually in the Swedish forest. Read a first hand account on our student blog, MBA Diary .

Mentor Program

The Mentorship Program runs parallel to and is designed to support the Leadership Discovery Process. It offers participants an opportunity to:
  • Discuss leadership-in-practice with the captains of industry from different business sectors
  • Challenge their assumptions about people
  • Transfer theory learned during the Leadership Discovery Process to practice in the mentor sessions
  • Discuss issues and challenges that have been highlighted by mentors or participants during the mentor sessions
“Armed with a backpack, sleeping bag, the basic essentials and the theory that we learned during the year, we were assigned different tasks to complete within a 72-hour period....I believe the real value gained from this experience was in the personal growth, the friendships formed and the learning from the different cultures.”
Daniel Van Schouwenberg
(Full-time MBA Class of 2010) commenting on the annual Leadership Simulator where students are challenged to put theory in practice.
