Course Content

The course provides students with conceptual tools to manage organizational behavior effectively. It covers key dimensions of managing people and work processes, including the role of motivation, perception, team dynamics, leadership and organizational culture in enhancing organizational performance.
Through the use of readings, cases, guest lectures and simulations, the course aims to enhance students’ professional skills in handling intra-organizational dynamics.
