Admissions Requirement and Procedure

When to Apply

We are now accepting applications for the Full-time MBA starting in September 2012. Contact our Admissions Manager, Lee Milligan on info.mba@cbs.dk to discuss your interest.
Our rolling admissions policy means that we consider applications as they come in. It is therefore advisable to submit your application as soon as possible.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or an equivalent professional qualification
  • At least three years of post-bachelor degree work experience
  • GMAT or CBS Admissions Test
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Good command of English
  • Interview (see below under 'Selection Procedures')

CBS Admissions Test or GMAT

Applicants may opt for the CBS Admissions Test for an early decision on their application. Find out more About the CBS Admission Test 2011
The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) can be taken throughout the world. After you have taken the test, please arrange your score to be sent to us. The GMAT scores are valid for five years. If you want to learn more about what the GMAT is and how the test is conducted please visit www.mba.com/mba/thegmat .
If you choose to take the GMAT you will need to know the program code of the Full-time MBA at CBS: JCZ-FT-20.

Selection Procedures

Candidates, who appear to possess the necessary qualifications, will be invited for an interview. We strongly encourage international candidates to come to Copenhagen for an interview day. This gives you an opportunity to spend a day with us, experience the atmosphere and culture of the school as well as the chance to visit the city. Candidates, who have been invited for an interview, but who are unable to visit Copenhagen, will be interviewed by telephone.
It is possible to conduct the interview online if you have a Skype account and web camera.
