CEMS MIM (Master's in International Management) provides a select group of the best international students with the know-how and expertise needed to succeed in the international business environment. Devised by both academic and business leaders, the CEMS MIM programme bridges university education and practical management, offering insights into leadership best practice.
Profile of a CEMS MIM Graduate
- Degree in International Management
- Analytical and practical skills gained from courses designed by top faculty in cooperation with CEMS Corporate Partners and business professionals
- Study abroad experience at one of the CEMS academic partners
- Intercultural, teamwork and leadership skills gained through study and internship abroad

A bright career
A survey of the 2008 CEMS graduates (from the 23 CEMS universities) shows that the outlook for CEMS students is very bright: 89% of respondents were employed prior to or within 3 months of graduation earning on average 42,400 Euros. In terms of sector activity, the alumni were working in:
- consulting (22%)
- consumer goods (17%)
- investment banking (9%)
- commercial/private banking (8%)
- energy (8%)
- audit, management control (5%)
