Organization theory and behaviour is the basic area of interest. The Ph.D. thesis was about organizational culture, and organizational culture is still central in the research. At the moment I am working with Organizational culture formation in small enterprises as part of the LOK programme. The research on the small enterprises has been focused on the Danish music industry, but certainly not limited to organizational culture. The research on the small enterprises in the music industry has made me interested in a number of topics: The balance between art and business, Innovation, Organizational fields (institutional theory), Organizing and sensemaking, Emotions and passion in organizations. The interest in these topics will be part of a new research project (CINEMA) on the Danish film industry.
