How to register

To register for the conference, please send an email to mb.iadh@cbs.dk
The email must include the following information:

Name,
Position,
Institution
Country
If you wish to participate in the dinner on the 28th (appr. 50€), please specify any dietary requirements

Payment details will be given upon confirmation. The price per person is 150 €, plus an additional 50€ if you wish to participate in the dinner.

Please note, confirmation of participation is not final before payment is registered.

Deadline

Registration closes April 14th 2009 at noon.
