Finding your way to CBS

If you arrive by airplane, you can take a taxi or -- cheaper, faster, and helping to save the environment -- take the metro. It will take you no more than 25 minutes to go from the airport to the workshop location.
When you arrive at Copenhagen Airport ( www.cph.dk ) in terminal 3, after passing the customs inspections, you will go straight towards the train ticket sales point (DSB).
At the DSB sales point you can either buy a single ticket to "Frederiksberg" or buy a punch card (blue card). You will need to stamp the blue card twice to go from Copenhagen Airport to the Business School to have a valid ticket.
The cost of the punch card is 150 DKK and should be sufficient for all your transportation needs during your stay.
When you then go to the METRO (do not go to the regular trains!), you can take any outbound metro towards Copenhagen (direction: Vanløse) (www.m.dk ).
The workshop will be held at Copenhagen Business School at the 6th floor of the Howitzvej building (address: Howitzvej 60). Please print a map from http://www.cbs.dk before arriving to ensure you can find it upon arrival.
You will find the location of the business school very close to the metro station " Fasanvejen". If you take the East exit at the Fasanvejen metro station, the Howitzvej building is at your right hand when you exit the staircase. You can find a map of the business school at http://uk.cbs.dk/om_cbs/find_kontakt_cbs/kort
In case you come by car, there are a few parking spaces on campus. Coming by metro, bicycle, feet, bus, or taxi solves at least the parking problem.
There are many hotels in Copenhagen, unfortunately most are quite expensive. Some of the relatively cheap choices (and in the city) are Hotel Cabinn and Ibsens Hotel .
Other cheaper options are http://www.hotelsctthomas.dk/ and http://www.allegade10.dk/danish/minihotel0.php
In a more expensive area, there is Radison SAS Falkoner .
WORKSHOP DINNER ON THURSDAY 9TH FEBRUARY
The workshop dinner will be at restaurant Kate's Joint, Blågårdsgade 12, 2200 København N. The nearest metro stations are FORUM station and Nørreport Station.
