The Conference venue is Copenhagen Business School, Solbjerg Plads 3, Frederiksberg. Most of the conference takes place in the Carlsberg Auditorium (Room number SP202) on the second floor of the building. Take the main entrance opposite the Mall and go to the Registration Desk on the ground floor (open 8.30-9.15). If you arrive after 9.15 please take the stairs to the right and register at the Conference Information Desk on 2nd floor outside the Carlsberg Auditorium where you will also find the wardrobe.
Getting from the Airport to the City Center
Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) is eight kilometers southeast of the city. By Metro it takes less than 15 minutes to get to the city center. Regional trains and taxis are also available.
The Metro station is located at the end of Terminal 3. Metro trains depart every 4 to 6 minutes during the day and every 15 minutes in the evening. The Metro operates from 5:00 in the morning until midnight Monday through Wednesday, and around the clock Thursday through Sunday. Tickets are available at the Metro station and at the DBS ticket counter in Terminal 3.
Regional trains also connect the airport with the Nørreport train/Metro station and the Central Railway Station. The train station is at Terminal 3. Tickets are available at the DBS office in Terminal 3 and in the station area.
Taxis are plentiful. The fare includes VAT and a service charge. If you want to pay by credit card, inform the driver before the start of the journey.

Getting to the CBS Campus
The Metro system brings you right to Solbjerg Plads 3, where the conference will be held.
All four of the conference hotels are either within walking distance of the campus or within two Metro stops of the campus.
To reach the campus by Metro, take any train going in the direction of Vanløse. Get off at the Frederiksberg stop. Walk up the stairs and cross the street to enter the Solbjerg Plads 3 building where registration and the plenary sessions will take place.
Getting Around Copenhagen
Copenhagen is a compact city with a well-planned network of public transportation, making it easy for visitors to get around.
The city is served by a Metro system, local S-trains (red), and buses, and connected by regional trains to points beyond the metropolitan area.
